Jacques and Lysielle Cariot opened Bleu Provence, French restaurant, as a labor of love in 1999 after retiring to Naples, Florida, from Provence, France. They established a culture where patrons are counted as welcome guests, rather than customers. Twenty-five years later, that sentiment is still expressed not only in the wine selection and menu, but also in the level of service you receive at Bleu Provence. In 2025, Jacques and Lysielle formally handed over the reigns and passed the torch to their sons Clément and Kevin Cariot, alongside Executive Chef Gaspard Toulouppe. 

Advanced Sommelier, Clément Cariot, and Wine Inventory Expert, Kevin Cariot, happily make wine suggestions based upon your meal. 'The Cave' is home to more than 30,000 bottles, representing more than 3,000 different wines. They are all beautiful representations of their terroirs, including some brilliant wines that are surprisingly inexpensive. Amazing quality and value are further extended to guests with the exceptional retail prices offered at Bleu Provence Fine Wines

 

Executive Chef Gaspard Toulouppe takes no less trouble in selecting the ingredients for the restaurant’s menu. Fresh fruits and vegetables are delivered daily from local sources, including Bleu's very own 10-acre Sanctuary Organic Farm located in Naples, Florida. In addition to overseeing the planting and harvesting, Chef Gaspard samples meats, cheeses, olives, herbs, truffles and a host of other ingredients from every source available, to find and procure the finest quality. Chef Gaspard is a master, combining all of it to create the most beautiful and delicious dishes available. The servers are well versed in the menu, and are happy to discuss the selections with you.
